VOYAGEUR QUEST OUTFITTING - CANOE AND EQUIPMENT RENTALS

Deposit In order to book a canoe and equipment a 25 % deposit fee is required and must be processed on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard not Amex).The balance is due when canoes are picked up (Day 1). If arriving after store hours - full payment and signed liability agreement with damage deposit are required in order for us to release canoes. Please note all of our canoes are rented by the full calendar day regardless of time picked up or returned. We are not able to offer partial day rentals.

Arriving after Hours Should you be arriving to pick up your canoe rental outside of our store hours (7:30 am to 4:30 pm) you will need to pay your balance in full in advance of your arrival in order for us to release the canoe to you.

Arriving within Store Hours
Should you be arriving to pick up your canoe rental within our store hours (7:30 to 4:30 pm) we will take your credit card imprint for a damage deposit. This card number will be used to process your remaining balance upon your return from your trip.

Damage Deposit
When you arrive to pick up your canoe and/or equipment we will take a signed credit card imprint on site to secure against any equipment damage. If you do not have a credit card be prepared to leave cash deposit and present valid photo identification. You are responsible for any damages.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received 8-14 days prior to arrival date - loss of 25% deposit. Cancellation received 7 days or less - a one day rental fee will be charged for a trip duration of 4 days or less. A 2-day rental fee will be charged for a rental that was scheduled for 5 days or more.

Return Policy Responsibility of customer to return all the canoes and equipment to Voyageur Outfitting at Access Point #1. Should the canoes and equipment not be returned it will be the responsibility of the customer to incur the whole cost of trailer, transport, staff and other ancillary fees required to retrieve the canoes and associated equipment. We are not able to offer refunds for early returns.

Drop Off Should you be dropping off your canoe after store hours we ask that you leave your canoe and rental equipment in the area designated at our Outfitter property in good order.
