Gold Duke of Edinburgh Winter Expedition

Winter 2024: Jan 2-7 (Tues-Sun), March 16-21 (Sat-Thurs) 

This trip includes the Practice journey, a night off, and the Qualifying Journey for the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award. Participate in an authentic The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award adventurous journey in the winter wilderness around Suprise Lake and our Algonquin Log Cabin. Ski across frozen lakes and snowshoe through waist-deep snow. Learn winter backcountry travel skills from seasoned guides. Sleep in heated wall tents and basic cabins.
